With a total length of 98 cm and a weight of just 3 kg the STEYR SCOUT is extremely light and compact.
The locking mechanism is based on the SBS(Safe Bolt System). The three positioned roller safety switch rides on the center line of the tang.
Both 5-and 10-round (adapter necessary) detachable box magazines may be used.
